We offered some leak pics(if you remember) on the beginning of the summer of the new Samsung mobile phone. It was called “Louvre” B7610 Omnia Pro, but it seem that Louvre concept didn’t last as it was expected.
B7610 it is a cool gadget for these days offering touchscreen technology and also a QWERTY keyboard, just in case you’ll want to remember how the keys feel under your fingers.
So the display is an Amoled resistant one with 16M colors, 3.5-inches and a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. On top of the screen there is an ambient light sensor, a proximity one and a video call camera while right under there are three buttons(from left to right) Call, Menu and End Call button.
The right side hosts the camera button and the lock one while on the opposite side there are the volume rocker buttons and a button that let’s you switch between two different profiles.
The top of the phone features a 3.5mm audio jack and the microUSB port both covered by plastic.
Sliding the phone to the left side will uncover the QWERTY keyboard. Keys are big and easy to used and numeric ones will be found on the first row from the 4 possible.
On the back is a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, capable of taking photos at 2592 x 1944 pixels resolution and videos at 720×480(@30fps). Other camera features supported are: face and smile detection, wide dynamic range, image stabilization, panorama shot or geo-tagging.

Omnia Pro is powered by a Samsung S3C6410 800MHz processor(+graphic accelerator) and 256 MB RAM while Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional is the operating system. TouchWiz is the user interface used by Samsung and multi-tasking is also available.
Connectivity offers GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, microUSB port and Tv-Out as features. Gps is available through A-Gps support, but unfortunately comes only with a trial application from Google Maps.
Internet browsing is great because you can choose either Opera Mobile 9.5 or IE Mobile version, both having flash support.
Phone is available from September in stores with an estimated price of 500$.
