Sony Ericsson Satio (Idou) Review

sony_ericsson_satioWe review today a Sony Ericsson phone close to a camera as soon as it have 12 megapixel one.

Satio or Idou model come with an TFT touchscreen, 16M colors and a resolution of 360 x 640 pixels or 3.5 “. The stunning display offers incredible pictures/videos quality also excellent brightness and contrast.

As we said the 12 megapixel camera features: autofocus, xenon flash, video LED flash,Touch focus, geo-tagging, face and smile detection. Despite the fact that his direct rival, Samsung Omnia HD shoot videos in HD format, Satio model takes videos in VGA format @30 frames per second.

Connectivity options are a lot as we expected: GPRS, EDGE, 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.00 and USB 2.0 port.

The brain of the gadget is an ARM Cortex-A8 600 MHz processor; 3D Graphics HW Accelerator and runs the Symbian Series 60, 5th edition as Operating System. It comes with 128 Mb internal memory and an included microSD card of 8 Gb .

To complete the specifications of Idou, we can say it weights 126 g, is 13 mm thick and have an Li-Po battery with 1000 mAh.

Now let’s talk a little about Sony Ericsson Idou Symbian applications.  It contains Media center, Image gallery, Walkman player, Video player, Google maps, Web Browser with Flash support.

As final words we can say the smartphone is scheduled to be released later this autumn and we don’t know yet the estimative price.

    Thanks for the great review. 12.1 Mp camera is not bad. The touch screen is fabulous. It has all good features like Wi-Fi, GPS etc. People will surely be satisfied by this new phone.
