LG GT400 Viewty Smile

LG have announced last month a new mobile device called GT400 Viewty Smile and today we have the time to feature some of his specs.

A 256k colors touchscreen display which measure 3-inches(240 x 400 pixels) can be seen on the front of the phone. Under, there are 3 buttons, Call, Home, End/Call while above is the earpiece and a secondary video chat camera.

On the left side of the phone is the microSD card slot while at the right we find the volume rockers, camera shutter key, Lock/Unlock button and the MicroUSB/Headset/Charging port.

At the back of the GT400 phone is a 5.0 megapixel camera unit equipped with autofocus and comes with photo editor or slide show viewer as included applications.  Below the camera,  sliding the back cover is a Li-Ion 1000 mAh standard battery.

There are plenty connectivity feature available:  3G, Gprs, EDGE, Bluetooth 2.1 and microUSB are all there. Viewty Smile comes with no OS integration, but has the efficient S-Class user interface. Facebook or Twitter are some of the installed apps. Still nothing about GPS, some say is available, while others claim it isn’t.

LG GT400 Viewty Smile is available starting this month worldwide and can be purchased for free from Vodafone UK with a monthly contract fee.
