Toshiba Thrive TabletToshiba seemed to be in the down low for the last couple of years, but this has ended as now it has returned announcing their latest gadget: a tablet called Thrive Honeycomb. The announcement was made on June 2 and the tablet will be available until July 10.

The tablet will be running on Honeycomb 3.1 by Android, the battery is said to last eight hours, it weighs 1.6 pounds and the screen measures 10.1 inches. It is also well equipped with a camera that has an awesome resolution and that can be used in two ways: it can be used facing the back or the front, although the resolution varies from 5 MP when used from the back, and 2 MP when used from the front. This will be extremely functional for those users that rely on Skype and other video-conference programs.
