Google X allegedly working on ‘puzzle piece’ mega screens

GoogleGoogle’s ever intriguing secretive operations department, Google X, is allegedly working on giant screens that are made up of smaller ones, which can be connected together to form different sized displays.

People inside of the top secret project say that the idea is to provide small screens that can be built into different sizes and shapes. Once they have been combined into a single screen of the dimensions needed, the image will be seamless and perfectly synced, forming a mega display that can be used for various forms of media.

Google tests delivery drones after two year secret project

Google Project Wing Delivery DronesAfter two years of secret development, Google has begun testing their patented drones as part of the Google X’s top secret “Project Wing”.

You may remember during their last Google I/O conference that a protester started shouting:  “You all work for a totalitarian company that builds machines that kill people!” He also ranted about “killer robots”.

There was no real context to that statement. Maybe a reference to the company’s interest in robotics? Perhaps a metaphor for the potential “killing power” of technology, ala the Android mascot? Or it could be a reference to Project Wings, a top secret (but still speculated about) effort of the mysterious Google X branch.

Google’s new quest: The human body

GoogleGoogle has embarked on an ambitious new project that would attempt to map the human body, and find out what defines health in our species.

The project, which will take genetic and molecular data from groups of anonymous subjects, will be used to find a what creates the ultimate healthy human. They are calling it Baseline Study, and it shows a new direction for Google that proves they are looking to tap into every possible industry.

Dr Andrew Conrad, a molecular biologist who is best known for his work with HIV, has been with Google X for a year. During that time, he has been building a team and preparing for this new line of research, funded by the Google brand.

Google’s Top Secret Lab is Working on 100 New Projects

Google FoundersGoogle is the top search engine on the Internet and is loved by many. Not only does Google participate in multiple philanthropic events and charities, but Google consistently provides innovative products and quality content. Here recently Google has been attracting a significant amount of interest about their new research facility called Google X.

If you’ve ever wondered when there will be elevators sent into space, cars that drive themselves, robots that assist people with mundane daily activities and more futuristic ideas, then you are thinking along the lines of the engineers that are working at Google X’s top secret lab.

The Google X lab is located somewhere in the Bay Area location and is almost as mysterious as the CIA! At the lab Google is working on a list of 100 futuristic ideas to develop. Some ideas include fridges that are connected to the Internet and so it can order groceries when necessary items run low, elevators that go up into space, robots that do tasks for you, and even dinner plates that post what you’re eating on your status updates.
