A sad breaking news for everyone. Just few minutes ago, we found out that Steve Jobs passed away. Unfortunately, Steve Jobs was just 56 years old and fought with a hard enemy. Earlier this year, the iconic leader of Apple, left his CEO position (due to health problems) and awarded Tim Cook as the next leader.
Steve Jobs and Steven Wozniak founded Apple Computer in 1976 in a garage and after 37 years later this turn to be one of the most successful company in the world. Through the last decades Apple invented and reinvented a lot of devices: iMac, Macbook, iPod, iPhone, iPad, AppStore, iTunes and the list can continue. Steve Jobs was the one responsible for all of these innovations and for this he found his place in history. For everything you discovered and chose to share with us, we thank you Steve, technology world could not be so advanced without you.
Apple released a statement on their website to announce the sad news:
Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Steve have lost a dear friend and an inspiring mentor. Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple.
Tim Cook stated that Apple employees will hold a celebration in remembrance of Steve’s life. Tim Cook was a close work partner of Jobs and was the successor of Apple.
We offer our sincere condolences to all of his relatives, friends and colleagues from Apple.
We’re gonna miss you a lot Steve!
