As you may remember about a year ago two men found a prototype iPhone 4, and they allegedly sold it to the gadget blog Gizmodo. The San Mateo County District attorney’s office pressed criminal charges against the two men.
Brian Hogan is the person who found a prototype iPhone in a bar in California, when an engineer from the Apple Company left it there unattended. The district attorney of San Mateo County, Steve Wagstaffe, pressed charges of misdemeanor theft against Brian Hogan.
Sage Robert Wallower was also charged because he got in touch with various online technology sites. Presumably, he was contacting them in an attempt to sell the prototype phone. +Continue Reading

All begun few days ago when some photos with iPhone 4G phone leaked over the Internet. At first we couldn’t knew if there were fake or true, but few time after the shock news appeared on Gizmodo: iPhone 4G was found abandoned or lost on a bar in California atMarch 18.
Every little tech or related blog took the news and expanded through the whole world. It was very strange because Apple never leaked a device again and they have a very aggressive policy to hide their device before launching dates. It seems that Android term is rising on Internet these days and now is HTC turn to say something about this. They are going to release an device called Legend and thanks to a leak, we got some details about it.
The phone has a 3.2-inches touchscreen display and is just 11.4mm thick. Under the display we find an optical mouse and on the back is a 5 megapixel camera equipped with autofocus and a built-in flash.
Being a smartphone, the Legend comes with a Qualcomm MSM7227 600Mhz processor and Android 2.x as operating system.
Internal memory has 512MB + 256MB RAM and microSD slot supports a card up to 32GB. Battery has 1300MaH.
Other features that phone supports are: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Gps through A-Gps support, G-sensor, Digital Compass.
It is rumoured the phone will be out in March 2010, but we don’t know yet any estimated price.
It seems that next month we will have a surprise launch in South Korea: the new Samsung device called W880 is here. As you may see in the left picture, the phone comes with an unbelievable 12 megapixel camera and a big 3.3″ screen.
We just know some few things about this new freak phone.
The huge 3.3″ display is Amoled based with 16M colors and 480 x 800 pixels resolution. The phone features both accelerometer and proximity sensor.

It comes with support for microSD memory card and will run the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system.
