The first Bluetooth 3.0 mobile phone is Samsung S8500 Wave

Samsung S8500 WaveRemember the days when Infrared and later, Bluetooth “ruled” our world? Guess what, those days are over because now Bluetooth 3.0 it’s available on first mobile phone. The first device that has it, is a Samsung one called S8500 Wave. We have the official specifications from Samsung, so we will feature them in this post.

The phone comes with a large display, a WVGA super Amoled one having 3.3-inches and 16M colors. Under this display there are 3 hardware keys, Call, Menu and End/Call one while above there are is an earpiece and the video-call camera.

On the right side of the phone there are two buttons, camera and lock screen ones while on the other side there are the volume rockers.

Top of the phone has a loudspeaker grill, 3.5mm audio jack and the microUSB port(covered by a plastic lid).

At the back of the phone is a 5 megapixel camera equipped with autofocus and LED flash plus a lot of cool features: Face/Blink detection, Lomo/Vintage/Beauty/Smile/Panorama Shot, Geo-tagging or Image Editor are some of them. +Continue Reading

New Sony Ericsson mobile devices will be released in 2010

Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini ProIt seams this year will be a crowded one for Sony Ericsson because they announced a lot of mobile phones and some of them will be available soon(Q1 of 2010).
We will take them in order and try to write a brief for you.
XPERIA X10, a model we previewed long time ago and whom will be available soon in stores, has 2 little brothers now called: XPERIA X10 Mini and XPERIA X10 Mini Pro. The two little models have same internal characteristics, but contain small design differences, with the pro model being a QWERTY version of the mini version.

The camera has 5 megapixel, autofocus, LED flash and Geo-tagging, the processor is a Qualcomm MSM7227 having 600MHz. Both phones come with Android 1.6 as running operating system and .

It’s hard to notice, but Mini Pro version is 0.7 cm longer, 0.2 cm thinner than Mini one and the QWERTY keyboard doesn’t make the phone look too big. Gps, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Radio FM, Wisepilot turn by turn or Timescape application are some of the features you’ll discover if you plan to buy one of this two phones.
